Great coffee great food all the staff are friendly and welcoming. Added bonus they are open at 5am for that extra early coffee before work. Great job guys

Ruga's Café has become an all-star café since the renovations and overhaul of the building. The new building is the flashiest café in the peninsula area, boasting plenty of areas to sit and eat, plus being incredibly accommodating for take-away coffee and food. Since trying Ruga's Café, I've tried the Bacon and Egg Rolls (The bread roll used is so soft, the food practically melts in your mouth, the combination between the bacon, egg and sauce is ultimate) The Big Breakfast is an All-Star, providing enough to fill up a truck. With plenty of bacon, eggs, baby kranskys, cherry tomatoes, 2 slices of bread, and 1 hashbrown (Minus the Mushrooms, who likes mushrooms??), you just can't go wrong. The Coffee is good and the service is great - always friendly, helpful and prompt. The prices are on the lower end of the scale, you get value for money with your food and they're very generous with serving sizes. If you haven't tried Ruga's.. you need to try Ruga's. From someone that drives past every day - you'll start making some frequent stops.

I went here with my Mum, step dad, brother and sister. We had a great time sitting back, catching up and enjoying the great meals we all chose. The staff were exceedingly helpful and friendly. There was a great selection of meals at excellent prices. The drinks on offer were really good too. We did not go away hungry. For being along Victoria St, with was still quiet for good conversation. There's a good amount of room/seats as they've just finished putting on an extension. There are toilets. It was very tidy. Wheelchair accessible too. I definitely recommend eating here, you won't regret it.

Ruga's Cafe is totally on point of what a modern Cafe should be like. The staff are wonderful, and always there to give a warm welcome when entering. The food is fantastic with a large all-day offering. I love a good sausage roll, and I have to say, Ruga's Cafe will not leave you disappointed at all. Everything is made in-house, including growing their chilli which is used in their chilli, and sweet chilli sausage rolls . I've broken a sausage roll in half so you can see how moist and pleasure-filled these are. Careful, you will easily be hooked on these sausage rolls!! Their Barista offers 2 types of beans, an in-house blend or single-origin Columbian bean. I would describe the coffee as bold, leaving you with the feeling that you have been satisfied with a "great coffee". Other coffee shops leave you feeling like you had a cup of milk with a small dash of coffee. Not at Ruga's Cafe, it's simply great coffee.

Nice lunch spot. Enjoyed the chicken and beef burger with the lot. Will return great prices
